The following information is designed to help you understand our Shipping and Return Policies. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. Such changes will be effective upon posting. Strawberry Hill requests that you read the Shipping and Return Policies carefully and consult them regularly. Delivery times and rates are subject to change, based on the holiday and peak periods as well as the prevailing rates of the carriers used. By purchasing items, you agree to be bound by these provisions, along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Return Policies which are hereby incorporated by reference. Your use of this Site after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of such changes. You affirm that you have read these policies and understand, agree, and consent to its provisions.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Strawberry Hill. Should for some reason your purchase not be to your liking, you may return the item within 8 days of ship date for a full refund of merchandise cost minus the shipping.

Returns will be accepted for 8 days from ship date.

Postage and return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

A. Carriers Used:
USPS, UPS, or FedEx. When an item is being shipped directly from the designer, Strawberry Hill reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice. We do not accept C.O.D.

B. Delivery Days/Times:
1. Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, however, custom made orders will take up to 6 weeks after receipt of your order. Please refer to the product listing for further expected delivery times set forth with each product. If we can't ship within that period or there will be a delay, we will notify you by email or by phone to let you know of the status.
2. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. Please understand that once the parcel is turned over to the carrier Strawberry Hill has no control over delivery day or delivery time.
3. Delivery days are based on business days. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise indicated by the carrier.
4. Additionally, this site disclaims any and all liability for the carrier failing to adhere to delivery days and times.

C. Where We Deliver:
1. Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and US APO/FPO military stations. Please contact us concerning delivery/shipping to Europe.

D. Shipping Costs:
1. All parcels ordered and shipped through Strawberry Hill will incur a table rate shipping fee that will include shipping, handling, and an insurance fee that is calculated according to your total purchase price listed below. Any orders that are shipped outside of the US, will incur additional shipping and handling fees and will be quoted to you via email of the additional charge. Also, please note that any item that is considered "oversized" will incur additional shipping fees, based on what the carrier quotes to us. We will notify you via email of the additional charge before we process your order.

If you are an Arizona resident or shipping to a residence in the state of Arizona, your order will incur a 8.3% sales tax.

1. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident, however sometimes a parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Strawberry Hill is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

2. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier that was used (Please contact Strawberry Hill for carrier information.) and file a claim with the carrier indicated.

Any parcel returned for the following reasons; refused, unclaimed, invalid address, unknown address, or insufficient address will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase price, less shipping fees; shipping/Insurance, packaging, handling and postage fees will not be refunded.

You may return any product that is not considered custom made or clearly marked non refundable in the product description (or listed below) and is unused. Strawberry Hill reserves the right to determine if the product is used or not. If a product is returned used or not within our timeframe mentioned above, we will not accept, exchange, replace, or issue a credit, for said product. You must return the product including the original manufacturers packaging at your expense. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee incurred. If you choose an alternate product, it will be shipped to you at our expense for the first occurrence. Any return/exchange thereafter, will incur a $10 charge per item for a restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges and any item that is over $100 will be at an additional restocking charge, depending on the weight of the product. Refunds will be issued in check form.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, INSTRUCTIONS, PACKING MATERIAL, ET C.. ON OR BEFORE THE EIGTH (8) DAY FROM THE ORIGINAL POSTMARK (Original Shipping Date).

Defective Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.

Returning the Product Back To Us

All returns must include the original manufacturers packaging to qualify for an exchange, replacement or credit. Please note that refunds do not include shipping, handing or postage fees, no exceptions. Please email info@strawberryhillhome.com.

For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Please address all returns to:

Four Important Factors When Using Credit Cards
The information contained herein has been designed to help you better understand our billing system and the measures we take to ensure your credit card security is at the highest level of protection when placing orders via online. In order for us to ensure that all orders we receive that are paid by credit card are not fraudulent, we urge all our visitors and customers to read this to have a better understanding of what we require and the security measures we take into action when processing all credit card orders. Also, if you are experiencing problems placing an order, this information will help you determine why your card is being declined.

Billing
All orders will be billed at the time of purchase and will be shipped within the time frame specified. If a backorder does occur, we will notify you promptly.

Credit Verification Value (CVV)
A link has been provided during your checkout process to help you locate your CVV number. The CVV number is required because it lets our system know that the person placing an order actually has the credit card in hand. Most credit card thieves will “skim” credit cards which means they will obtain your actual number but do not physically have the card in hand. As such, they will use Internet businesses, mail order catalogs, etc. to place fraudulent orders because these forms of businesses do not see the actual card.

To locate your CVV number, you will find it to be the very last 3 digits on the back of your credit card on all credit cards with the exception for American Express. If you choose to use American Express, you can find your CVV number printed on the front of your card (shown below) above your actual credit card number. It will contain 4 digits, rather than 3 like Visa, MasterCard and Discover have. This security code will be required after you enter your credit card number in our website. If you are unable to read your security code or you are not sure, please call your credit card provider.

Billing Address vs. Ship To Address
Our credit card system has also implemented a security feature called an “Address Verification System” (AVS). This ensures that when you enter the correct billing address and zip code on your order (your billing address must be set as your primary address), It MUST MATCH WHAT YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH THE BANK THAT HAS ISSUED YOUR CREDIT CARD! In other terms, you must set your billing address as your primary address of where you receive your credit card statements. If it does not match, your order will be declined automatically.

If you are requesting us to ship an order somewhere other than your billing address (your work location, a gift for someone, etc.). Please take note that your order may experience a slight delay due to the fact that additional verification procedures with the issuing bank will be taken to ensure that the order received has not been obtained on a stolen credit card. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may cause, however, please take note that we take credit card security very seriously.
